Ralph says his car was a piece of junk when it bought it for $400 eight years ago.  He completely rebuilt it from scratch.  Ralph has been racing since he was 16.  Best memory going to Bowling Green to race "I wore the car out the first year".  He has been to Bowling Green 3 times, Indy twice and attended the NHRA races in Columbus this past June.  He was a member of ESTA before the club disband and is a founding member and the first original president of MANDRA back in 1999.  He served as President for 5 years 1999-2004 and then became Vice President.  Ralph is in charge of managing MANDRA Points and securing plaques and trophies. 

In addition to all his regular duties Ralph is the master of ceremonies for the annual Ralphy awards.  According to Ralph the Ralphy awards started as a gag "No one is exempt" and has grown into a much anticipated event.     Ralph's favorite part of racing is the commradery with the racers and of course he says he takes great pride in "helping Bobby onto the trailer".  Ralph was 2001 points winner and tied for 2nd place in 2005.
